Getting started

Enterprise ID & onboarding

Is creating an Enterprise ID free?

Yes. Creating your account and Enterprise ID, and completing your first basic assessment, is completely free — you only pay for specific deeper tools, reports or advisory sessions if and when you choose to use them.

Do I need a registered business to join?

No. Archer supports businesses at every stage, including idea-stage founders who haven't registered yet. Your stage is part of your profile, and it shapes what's recommended to you.

Can my team members access the same Enterprise ID?

Yes — you can invite team members to your enterprise profile with different roles, so more than one person can manage tasks, documents and applications.

Readiness & scoring

Assessments

How is my readiness score calculated?

Scoring is rules-based and consistent — the same inputs always produce the same result. Archer doesn't hide the reasoning behind vague percentages; each dimension is explained in plain language, with the evidence it's based on.

Does a low score early on hurt my chances later?

No — your assessment history is kept, not overwritten, so you can see your progress over time. A low score today is simply a starting point, not a permanent record held against you.

Opportunities & matching

Exchange & introductions

Who can see my business information?

Nothing is shared publicly beyond what you choose to make visible. Buyers, investors and partners only see your full details once you've approved a specific connection request.

Do I pay to apply for opportunities?

Applying is free. If a brand, sponsor or programme has already paid Archer to run a campaign or cohort, you're never separately charged just to be considered for it.

Creative Economy

For creators

Can I select more than one Industry Pod?

Yes — many creators work across disciplines. Select as many pods as genuinely apply, and your recommendations will reflect all of them.

Does follower count determine my readiness score?

No. Audience and reach are one factor among several — portfolio quality, pricing, rights readiness and delivery capability all matter just as much, if not more.
